Computer Not Shutting Down

We come across this situation when we try to shut down the notebook even
after clicking the  shutdown button in windows Vista environment. Vista
is one of the highly secured operating System. It has several
restrictions to send or receive the Information from the Computer. Here

Hello Mike,

How are you doing today? Miky, why do you think this is a Spam? If you
think these steps will not resolve the issue or you have better
resolution then please let us know. I am a technician(computer's), I
have many years of experience in Computer/laptop technology. I do repair
many computers daily. If you have any other solution for this issue, let
me know. It will help me to assist my customers better. If you haven't
