downloading zune software from the internet

security settings keep blocking zune.net from downloading zune software... I
have tried lowering the security from the tools on the tool bar, added
zune.net to trusted site, even dropped the firewall and defender while trying
todownload, nothing works.. help.

Hi,

Are you using any third party solutions like Norton360? Or did you at some
point? This could well be the source of the problem.
