I have a Dell Latitude D520 with an upgrade of Vista. What driver do I
install to keep my cursor from jumping all over the page? It's driving me
crazy!!

You should go to Dell's website and download/install *all* the Vista drivers
and notebook software for your Latitude if you want it to work correctly.
That would include the touchpad drivers for your cursor issue.
