There are new Creative Labs x-fi Drivers available for 32 bit and 64 bit on
creative's site.

Trying them now.

Yes, I can actually get sound out of all 6 speakers now using the CMSS
expand.  And the crystallization works as well.

Good deal.  I still can't get the SPDIF pass-through to send a 5.1 DD signal
to my speakers though from any DVD software.

After installing the new drivers, I no longer have sound.  Vista says "Audio
Service Not Running".  I try re-starting the service but get...

"Windows could not start the Windows Audio service on Local Computer.

Error 1068:  The dependency service or group failed to start."

And that's where I'm at now.  Currently looking for a solution.  I have
tried rolling back, removing and re-installing, nothing works.
