I have Vista Enterprise 32bit. After loading Symantec Ghost and copying the
hard disk to a larger drive the keyboard will no longer work. It will boot up
to the CTRL+ALT+Del screen. The mouse is working but the keyboard is not. I
am using the PS2 port. I’ve tried several keyboards and a USB keyboard, but
same result. I can load the BIOS setup before booting into Windows and the
keyboard works. I can put the old hard disk back into the machine and it
works. I assume it is something to do with the OS but now sure what.

Try uninstalling the KB938194 update. I had this exact same problem as you,
and it went away once I uninstalled that update.

Tried uninstalling that update. Copied the drive again and same result. No
keyboard.
