When I go to Tools, I don't see Options. I do see Tools-Spelling with F7. I
get the same error as before "This language is no longer available". This was
after I did Reset Language to English per other posts.

You're looking at the New Message window. Open WM, then Tools, Options, etc.

I'm still having the same problem.

Even when I open WM, Tools, Options etc and set everything I can see to
Western European I still can't get my language back to English.

Should I be setting my language to something else ?Thai? (see it works here
in hotmail but not WM- very frustrating)

any suggestions?

Yes, select any language other than English. Click Apply.
Then select English. Click Apply. That should fix it.

Make sure you are NOT in a new message when you look for the Tools/Options
and after you select English - click on APPLY.  that made it work for me.

Do you think the OP is still waiting for an answer from February 2007?
