bought a toshiba with vista - wanted to export email addresses and emails
from
MSN 9 - (I use this as my main email  - waiting for live and hotmail to get
stable)
to windows mail  - will not allow me to do this - message pops up stating
that outlook express could not be found - I looked all over for outlook
express to  download it and can not find it anywhere, or would not let me
download  - went to Office Depot trying to buy but could not....
I have only found problems with windows mail - does not  function like
outlook express  - what do I do???
Thanks
Michael

Outlook Express won't install or run under Vista, so you may as well stop
looking for it.

Some people who don't like Windows Mail prefer Windows Live Mail,
so you might as well try it.

You need to either update to Vista SP1
(http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Windows/en-US/windowsvistasp1.mspx) or
install this patch (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/941090).
Either will fix the issue.

I'd suspect your email provider first....

Hmmm, then why does it work fine for most people?

If you want help, describe the problem in detail and include a copy
of the error message.
