Hi,

I cannot create a sub-folder: I am told it already exist but it does not. I
checked everything that can be checked in Windows Mail.

How do I solve this ?

Thx

And have you actually checked that the folder really does not exist in
Windows Explorer rather than through Windows Mail?

Hi,

I have made a second subfolder which is not shown in Windows Mail. After
reading Gondon's comments I found the folder on my local drive. Do you know
how I can make the folder visable in Windows Mail?

Foncesca

It should show up under the Local Folders that match the directory tree in
Explorer.  Are you using antivirus software?  Check that its not set to scan
email.  See point 3 and the section on WinMail here:

If the problem persists, then try compacting and repairing the database with
my Windows Mail utility (www.oehelp.com/WMUTil/)

Have you tried it with a different name?
