Would anyone know how to create a sync partnership with an HP Ipac pocket
pc? I have installed the software, but for some reason is not compatible
with windows vista, as I cannot create a partnership. Any suggestions would
very appreciated.

I think you will find that it can only sync through Outlook.
Outlook 2003 or later is fully compatible with Vista.

I have been able to create a sync partnership with an HP iPAQ h2215 pocket
pc, but I have not been able to sync the contacts on the iPAQ and the
contacts on Windows Mail - I have a new HP Pavilion 32 bit using the Vista
operating system.  The Sync Center seems to say that Outlook must be
installed.  How could Outlook be installed on my Vista operating system?
That doesn't make sense to me.

Outlook isn't an operating system.  Versions 2003 and more recent will
run well under Vista; versions 2000 and 2002 will run under Vista, but
with some problems.  Outlook Express won't run under Vista, though,
in case you are confusing it with Outlook due to its similar name.

What makes you think Outlook can't be installed on Vista?
As I said below, Outlook 2003 or later is fully compatible with Vista.
