I can not sen or receive an e-mail, I keep getting this error message..

The rejected e-mail address was 'deprofiom@abitape.com'. Subject '',
Account: 'POP3', Server: 'smtp.mary.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response:
'550 relay not permitted', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550,
Error Number: 0x800CCC79can not send an e-mail this is the error message I
receive. Help!!!

The error message you supplied only deals with sending, so I'll limit
my comments to that.
The general rule for successful port 25 SMTP use is that your connection
must come from the same network as the network that the SMTP server
belongs to. You have violated that rule because Mary.com is not your ISP.
To make this work, substitute your ISP's SMTP server for smtp.mary.com.
