Does anyone know how to set-up smtp for Yahoo. I set it up with outgoing port as 465 and secure box checked but it is still not allowing me to send emails... To connect to yahoo.com under Windows Mail, you have to either pay extra or install YPOPs: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/mailplus/pop/pop-35.html http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/mailplus/pop/pop-08.html http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/manage/sendfrom-07.html http://ypopsemail.com/ Yahoo also has some servers for other countries or for specific internet providers. Many of these have different requirements. |
