mail inbox says full

every time i check my emails it says admin, your inbox is full, but i have
deleted everything in my email folders and it still says the same thing, can
someone help im loosing emails.

The message is probably referring to your Server mailbox?

Can you log on to the Server via your ISP website and check or clear out the
mailbox?

Do you have the setting in WM to leave a copy of each message on the server
activated?
Tools>accounts>your account>properties>advanced tab, if so then either
remove that check mark or set a number of days to delete from the
server?>apply>OK
