The message is probably referring to your Server mailbox? Can you log on to the Server via your ISP website and check or clear out the mailbox? Do you have the setting in WM to leave a copy of each message on the server activated? Tools>accounts>your account>properties>advanced tab, if so then either remove that check mark or set a number of days to delete from the server?>apply>OK  SignatureRegards Steve. MS-MVP : Mail.
