When I try to reply, reply all or forward an email either in preview or
from an open email nothing happens. Message at the top (Not responding).
It seems like the program freezes or there is a very long delay for the
reply or forwarded email to appear.
If and when it does appear, the email is blank with no text, it is
still waiting for the info to load whether there is an attachment or
not. When I try to x out, a new window opens giving me the option to
restart the program, close or wait for windows mail to respond.

Odd problems in Windows Mail are often due to interference from
an antivirus program. What if any antivirus programs do you have?

same problem.

After uninstalling Norton, you often need to run this cleanup program
to take care of what the uninstall left behind:

You may even need to remove your email account under Windows
Mail, then restart Windows Mail and add the account again.

Many of us are reading this newsgroup through Windows Mail, which
doesn't make it easy to go back to previous messages in this thread.
If you don't quote the previous messages, they often have problems
guessing what you were told before, and therefore decide not to
answer.
