Is there a way to change the "Column" "Row" and "AutoPreview" font and font
size in Windows Mail?...similar to the way it is done in Outlook

The preview font can be changed here: Tools, Options, Read, Fonts.
The other items are slaved to the Windows system font for icon text.
You can also make system-wide changes by changing the display DPI
(dots per inch).

For the Preview Pane, Tools | Options | Read | Fonts

For the Message List:
Right click a blank spot on the desktop and choose Properties | Appearance.
In the Item drop-down box (you may have to click Advanced to see it) choose
Icon.  Change the font or size and click Apply.
