i need help starting an acct its asking for a server name and this po3 thing
what is that and were do i get it the Q&A says you get it from my internet
service provider well i get internet throug Verison FIOs so how do i get
that info from them?

Since Verizon is your ISP, you will have to follow their email setup
directions. They offer five different kinds of email service,
so you will need to know which kind you have:
