SMTP is not a valid server name. Your mail provider should have a webpage
with instructions.

To connect to yahoo.com through Windows Mail, you have to
either pay extra or install YPOPs:
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/mailplus/pop/pop-35.html
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/mailplus/pop/pop-08.html
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/manage/sendfrom-07.html
http://ypopsemail.com/
The rules are different for some of the Yahoo servers for other countries
or for specific internet providers, though.

When you set up that account, you entered an incorrect name
for the outgoing (SMTP) server. The server cannot be named 'SMTP'.
You will need to get the correct server name from your mail provider.
What is the part of your email address after the @ symbol?
