Is there any way to sync the Vista Mail/Calendar/Contacts apps with Outlook
2007?  I would like to able to sync my WM 6 phone with these apps, but
that's not possible.  Maybe there is a round about way using Outlook in the
middle???

No, syncing Outlook with the built-in Vista apps is not possible.

In my case I installed ouTLOOK 2003 BEFORE i relized vista had mail &
contact deal of its own.

But the VISTA CONTACTS was populated  with my contacts from outlook so
I know it will either export/import or sync (as read on other forums).

But I wish calendar would either sync...or I could use OUTLOOK CALENDAR
directly (without it going thru outlook opening up).

I could care less about WINDOWS MAIL or CALENDAR and if need be would
change their path or etc to actually pull OUTLOOK.

&/or uninstall them entirely.

nevermind... i forgot that I could do a short cut to pull  up the
calendar directly.

Deleted the WINCAL app and replacded with a custom link to outlook
calendar.
