I have Vista, Windows mail, dial-up.  After I connect to the internet I click
on emails, internet disconnects then prompts to connect again.  When I try to
veiw my dial-up account connection I am told - not responding and asked if I
want to close programme or wait etc.   The problem is connecting twice and
not being able to access account information.
