Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Account: 'pop.att.yahoo.com', Server: 'pop.att.yahoo.com',
Protocol: POP3, Port: 995, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10053, Error
Number: 0x800CCC0F

send/receive still does not work.
I entered new ports, pop3, smtp settings. Now I get this message. Please
help.

Port 995 requires the SSL option to be enabled.

Also, which antivirus are you running?

The new instructions may not have mentioned a setting if the default value
is the correct value is the correct value.  Try removing your email account
under Windows Mail, then restarting Windows Mail and adding the account
again using the same instructions.
