ssl is enabled. using kaspersky internet security which I have removed from
my computer.
SSL was not enabled on that last error message you gave us.
Please post the new error message (with SSL enabled).
After you uninstalled your antivirus, delete your mail account,
restart Windows Mail, then recreate that account.
