I'm having trouble opening my attachment, every time I try a masage pop up and said I don't have program associate, i went to control panel I didn't fin file associate, can you help me with this problem. thanks Which attachment type, .DOC, .XLS, .PPS, .JPG? You must first determine if you can open the attachment *outside* of Windows Mail. Save the attachment. Then navigate to the saved file and double-click on it. Does it open?
