contacts on layout

I just experienced my first Vista pc....so I discovered Windows Mail where I
can't find how put Contact list on the main page, I mean below the
folders...somehow similar to O.Express. Who can help???

...... you can't.
Contacts are stored in a folder now.  As such, you can leave it open all the
time.
