downgrade back to outlook express?

Dont like the new email  and want to use old standby outlook express can I
delete it and then download outlook express on this new laptop.  which to do
first thanks

Sorry, no. Outlook Express will not install in Vista.
What part of Windows Mail don't you like? We may be able to suggest
workarounds.

There is also the option of upgrading to the newer Windows Live Mail:

No, you can't delete Windows Mail.
No, you can't install Outlook Express on Vista.
You can install Outlook, Thunderbird, or many other email programs if you
like.
