MY LAPTOP IS WINDOWS VISTA. IM TRYING TO SEND E MAIL THUR MY YAHOO ACCOUNT,
BUT IT KEEPS OPENING OUTLOOK MAIL. HOW DO I CHANGE OUTLOOK TO YAHOO?

Try repeating your question with the Cap's lock key turned off.

Did you check your default mail settings?
