Hi, Does anyone know how to close this file? (WindowsMail.MSMessageStore). My Norton 360 security does not back it up, saying the file is open. Many thanks.:) Does closing down Windows Mail help? Note that most versions of the Norton antivirus program eventually cause problems in Windows Mail, though.
