When I try to send/recieve email it wants me to enter my username and
password. I get this error message.
Account: 'pop-server.woh.rr.com', Server: 'pop-server.woh.rr.com',
Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR invalid user name or password.',
Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number:

Some email servers insist that you enter your username with no spaces and
no CAPITAL LETTERS.  Some insist that you follow it with the part of
your email address that starts with @, and some insist that you don't.
Many insist that you use CAPITAL and lowercase letters in the correct
places in your password.  Their error messages if you don't follow these
rules often aren't clear on which you did wrong.

See if this helps:

Sometimes password files get corrupted. Delete that mail
account, restart Windows Mail, then recreate the account.

The cause for password file corruption is a non-compatible
antivirus. Which one are you running? In stubborn cases the
antivirus will need to be uninstalled.
