Can anyone tell me why I always get emails from a friend in my junk box? I
keep clicking not spam but it still sends it to my junk folder.thank you

Clicking "Not Junk" only moves that email to the Inbox.
It does not train the spam filter.
Either add your friend to the Safe Senders list, or designate all your
contacts as safe: Tools, Junk E-mail Options, Safe Senders, "Also trust
e-mail from my Windows Contacts".
Also, make sure your friend was not inadvertently added to Blocked Senders.
