Hi... My email will not send to any domain except my own. So I can
successfully send myself email, but no one else.
I can
move and delete my messages left in my outbox. It applies to all messages
except my own domain's.

Here is the message I receive:
The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was 'anyone@anywhere.com'. Subject 'Re:
Account: 'pop-server.roadrunner.com', Server:
'smtp-server.roadrunner.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 relaying
mail to anywhere.com is not allowed', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server
Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

please help

That error message means you were trying to send through
RoadRunner's SMTP server while connected to the Internet
through a different service than RoadRunner.
Were you using a laptop away from home? If so, use webmail
to send when away from home.

If you are sure your Internet connection is coming from RoadRunner,
the only other possibility is a lack of SMTP authentication.
Go to Tools, Accounts, select that mail account, Properties, Server,
make sure "My server requires authentication" is checked.
