I am trying to set up a third email address but I cannot send email to the
new address. I tried a test email. Can someone tell me what I am doing
wrong? Thanks!
This is the error message I receive:
The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.
The rejected e-mail address was 'jblow@fuse.net'. Subject 'test test',
Account: 'pop.fuse.net', Server: 'smtp.fuse.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server
Response: '550 Recipient jblow@fuse.net does not exist here', Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

Have you contacted fuse.net about setting up that email address on their
end? If they haven't set it up yet, you will not be able to use it.

Duh, that would probably help, wouldn't it? I didn't realize that I should
