won't send e-mails everytime

I have multiple e-mails and pull them down to my computer with no problem
however when I try to send emails some times it works and other (most of the
time) it doesn't and I have to play with the properties to see if I can
eventually send my mail. How do I set this once so I don't have to play with
again. here is the error message I The message could not be sent. The
authentication setting might not be correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP]
server. For help solving this problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot
Windows Mail", and read the "I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If
you need help determining the proper server settings, please contact your
e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was 'tielassoc@integrity.com'. Subject 'Fw: More
Missions info', Account: 'Charlie & Kathy', Server: 'smtp.att.yahoo.com',
Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '553 From: address not verified; see

Have you been to the website in the error message yet?

However, it seems to take you to the wrong place if there's certain
punctuation
next to it.
