cannot send mail and have following error report
can anyone help?
An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'test', Account: 'CP account',
Server: 'smtp.tiscali.co.uk', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '554 Sorry,
your non-local IP address (66.36.208.178) is not allowed to send email via
me.', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 554, Error Number: 0x800CCC6F

The message explains it.
Your computer is not connected to Tiscali, so Tiscali won't let you send
through their email server.
IP address (66.36.208.178) is owned by Intelsat GlobalConnex Solutions (GXS)
To send through Tiscali, you need to see if they have an authenticated SMTP
server that uses a port other than 25.
Or, you could get a Gmail account, and use their server to send email when
you're not connected to Tiscali.
