Whenever I open WM in Vista SP1, it tells me it has an "unidentified
publisher" and makes me choose between "Allow" or "Cancel", before it will
continue to open. Isn't Microsoft the publisher...or least know who it is?
This seems to be an unnecessary step.

When I open it in Vista SP1, I don't see any such message.  Are you sure
you aren't running some third-party security software that has problems
recognizing what is included in Vista?
