Frequently, you can get such answers, if you choose the right newsgroup.
This one is good for answers on the Windows Mail program that is the
email/newsreader program that comes with Vista, and also sometimes
for suggestions of what newsgroups are good for problems with other
programs.

If you want to ask a question, go ahead.  If you get error messages with
your problem, right click on them and copy the entire error messages to
your next message.
