I am using Windows 64 bit OS with Trend Micro internet security.
If I reboot my computer, and then go to Windows Mail, it will come up with
an error message saying "Windows Mail did not shut down properly".  It also
tells you that you can click here to view last message which you can view it.
The entire Windows mail works (send and receive) but it is annoying.  If you
delete the last message viewed then reopen Windows Mail, the message does not
come up.  Any suggestiong out there for a fix?

Trend Micro antivirus is not compatible with Windows Mail, so
your choices are to uninstall it and replace it with a more compatible
antivirus, or else upgrade your email program to the newer WLM:

You could first uninstall Trend Micro as a test to see if it really is the
culprit. If confirmed, you can replace it with one of the free antivirus
products:
AVG free edition:
http://free.grisoft.com/doc/5390/us/frt/0?prd=aff
or
Avast free edition:

With either of those, during the install phase you must select custom
install, and then deselect the email scanning option.
