List of Contacts' Addresses

How do I get a list of only the names and email addresses of my Contacts?

I want to print just the names and addresses - not all the stuff I get if I
print them using Windows Mail. I can use the snipping tool to do a screen
save and paste them into Word if I can get a list.

Export to a CSV file. Import that file into Excel. Edit as desired,
then print from Excel.
