I have an address book of nearly 1000 names and I would like to send an
single email to everyone on my list. It is simply not practical to hold down
the control key and click on every address. What else can I do. There is no
"select all" button.
Thanks for your help.

Ed. VERY Easy solution!
click on the 1st name in the list them hold down your SHIFT key and click on
the last name in the list this will highlight ALL contacts, then just click
on EMAIL and it will append ALL the selected addresses to the email you are
sending.

However, note that many email providers wil refuse to handle email with
this many addresses, after seeing spammers frequently use such long lists.

Thanks Bob! I just knew it had to be something simple like that!

One thing about this.   You want to add all those names to the BCC line,
otherwise, everyone sees everyone else's address, and everyone has a list of
your 1000 addresess at the top of the email.

This is suppressed if you use the BCC line.   Add your own address as the
TO: recipient.

Also, note that this can trigger spam filters.
