I re-created the email accounts as well as changing the passwords. Now,
the security popup is gone BUT I'm receiving this error again:

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'test', Account:
'Suruga.Admin', Server: 'mail.suruga-it.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Note: It takes like 20sec. displaying "FINDING HOST..." then another 20secs.
"CONNECTING..."
then there's the ERROR MESSAGE....

I have a COMODO firewall & my anti-virus is AVG 7.5

How to solve this?

When I connected to that server, it responded immediately:

telnet mail.suruga-it.com 25
220-srv6.890m.com ESMTP Exim 4.68 #1 Tue, 27 May 2008 14:13:14 -0400
220-We do not authorize the use of this system to transport unsolicited,
220 and/or bulk e-mail.
quit
221 srv6.890m.com closing connection

The server is fine. Something is hampering your connection.
I see you switched from port 465 to port 25 as I recommended. However,
I also said that port 25 is not likely to work either, because that server does
not belong to your ISP. Who is your ISP?

Hello.
I am getting the same error message.  My server (if you mean who I have me
email through) is yahoo.  Can you help?

Sorry, I am new to most of these things (as you can tell).  I believe my ISP
is roadrunner.

If you also want to connect to the RoadRunner email server, see here:

Pam, you also posted in the thread "Please Help - download doesn't make
this work...Windows Mail." Kindly use only one thread per issue.
Please see Robert's reply in that thread.
