where do I find the POP3 and SMTP to know if they are put in corre

You need to get that information from your email provider.  Many people
choose their internet provider as their email provider also, since most
internet accounts include one or more email accounts.  If they haven't
written instructions for Windows Mail yet, their instructions for Outlook
Express should also work under Windows Mail if they don't call for the
HTTP protocol.  Or, you could tell us who your email provider is and
see if anyone here already knows where to find their instructions.
