I've tried resending in plain text and std html. some of the bits I see are:
Content-Type: application/ms-tnef;
name="winmail.dat"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64

You're welcome.
Seeing "winmail.dat" is evidence of RTF (actually TNEF) encoding
being used. For more on this see

indicates that it was sent using Outlook's RTF format.
If you're sure you had Outlook set to RTF, it may be that your Exchange
server is set to change it to RTF.
