Hello, I am having an issue with the junk email filter on my Windows mail. I have added all of my contacts to safe senders repeatedly but their emails still end up in the "Junk" folder. Any suggestions? Thanks! Any suggestions? Thanks! Make sure they aren't also in your blocked senders list. Also, if the box before Also trust e-mail from my Windows Contacts does not contain a checkmark, click this box, then Apply. After you add addresses to your Safe Senders list, do you click Apply to make the program remember them before you click OK? |
