I am not sure this is possible but I will ask. If not I will have to resotre
an image, export, restore another image and then import. Hope someone has a
shortcut.

I created a image of a systrem gone bad. I then rebuilt the system. But I
forgot to get all the messages from my wifes Microsoft Mail. (She download
some and did not leave them on the server)

So is there a way to grab a file from the image and put it on the new build?
I do not see that MS MAil has a pst file so not sure how they keep the emails
stored. Any suggestion?

Is MS Mail your name for Windows Mail?  If so, it stores each email message
as a separate .eml file.  These files have rather random-looking names,
though.
