Minimising attachments

I can't find anywhere that minimises my photos when i send them as
attachments to an email, therefore file takes too long to send as email too
large. Can anyone help me?

Open the photos in Windows Photo Gallery, then click E-mail on its toolbar,
which will give you a choice of photo sizes.
