I have an email that I have sent and my freind has recieved the mail.
I can still see the mail in the outgoing folder. At the same time there is
also a copy in the sent folder.
I can not delete the mail. I get the message "unknow fault". Now I can not
sent any mails at all.
Hope you understand my bad english so I can get some help.

A fix as been released by M$ to resolve the problem of undeletable mails:
"Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista"
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/941090
**It works for all folders.**

To solve the immediate problem, apply this Microsoft fix:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941090
The root cause for this problem is running a non-compatible antivirus.
As a minimum, email scanning in the antivirus must be disabled.
Some AV products will need to be uninstalled.
