davida412 - 30 Jul 2008 13:31 GMT Help. I am unable to send email the last 2 days. Started receiving thwe following error message. I am not computer literate. Can someone help me/ Thanks

Change the protocol to IMAP, and change the incoming server name to imap.aol.com, and the incoming port to 143....

Note that in the error message below, the protocol says "POP3". You can't mix settings for the different protocols. Delete that account, then create a new account, this time making sure to choose IMAP instead of POP3.
