When i delete in windows mail it automatically deletes from my gma

How do i change the settings so that when i delete in windows  mail the
messages in my gmail inbox online are not automatically deleted too?

If you have an IMAP account with Gmail, that's how it works
(its called synchronization). If that's not what you want, install a
POP version of that Gmail account:
