the install of the 5308 build went great!!! one little and one bigger thing

- the clock setting to Eastern Time (US & Canada) is 3 hours off of Eastern
time on my other computers.

- I tried to submit a bug report on it, and when trying to install the
problem-reporting tool I get a message saying the system administrator has
set policies to prevent this installation... and I'm the only account on the
system, as the Administrator.

follow-up note.... starting with the 'Feedback' icon on the desktop and
installing the problem-reporting tool was the path I got the error.

starting with the Microsoft Beta Client icon on the desktop opened the
familiar reporting tool and I just submitted the issue of the clock being
off by 3 hours.
