vista upgrade problem with cds

since upgrading to Vista Home Premium all my tracks faulter about 20 sec from
end then play on can you help

If you have a Sigma Tel audio adapter, as a workaround until Sigma Tel updates
their drivers, right click on the Speaker icon in the Notification Area of the
Taskbar, select Playback Devices, highlight Speakers, press Properties button,
and on the Enhancements tab, check the Disable All Audio Enhancements check box.
