When attempting to play WMC as well as Diner Dash 2 either it's really slow
or I get the message "Video Error: Files needed to display video are not
installed or not working correctly. Please restart WMC or restart the
computer." Then when I clicked the exit button I also received the message
"TV and video may not work as expected because the video card does not meet
the minimum memory requirement of 64MB of video RAM. If you consistently
encounter errors with TV or video, please update the video driver or install
a new video card." Diner Dash 2 worked fine up until the most recent Vista
updates. (WMC is on another post.) What can I do to fix this?

You have not mentioned what video card you have installed and whether it has
integrated RAM or independent  RAM.
Also how much RAM is installed on PC?
