I have recently installed Vista on my system. I have a Sony HDR-HC38 handycam
which takes great pictures. However, when I try to download video, i get a
message that no device is recognizedf. This applies in the Sony import
software, the Roxio Easy Creator 9 software and the Windows Movie Maker. I
have checked every connectiion possible, even getting a new FireWire cable,
but nothing changes. does anyone have any suggestions, please?
