Window Sizing

Hi with the sidebar i like to be able to see it all the time , i was
wondering is there a way to make different windows and generally
everything that i open IE FireFox etc to always open to a size that's
just to the left of where i have my side bar so i can see it i find i am
constantly resizing them , does this make sense or am i talking crap

Right Click Sidebar ->Properties, select "Sidebar is always on top of other
windows"
